Fix issues remotely without physical site visits. Reboot APs, diagnose problems, restore service from Whitney.

Hikvision IVMS-4200 on the NOC computer. View all cameras across CBW, CBP, CBU from one screen alongside network monitoring.
Infrastructure ready for Site 8, 9, 10+. Portal, AI tools, API integrations can be added when ready (see Option C).
You already have UniFi networking at every site (UCG Ultras + APs). The NOC simply brings them under one roof — adopting existing equipment to a central controller at Whitney.
No additional networking equipment needed at sites. Just the NOC infrastructure to unify what you've already got.
Option B builds the infrastructure foundation. The NOC computer, network connectivity, and centralized management create the pathway for future development.
Portal, API integrations, and AI are Option C territory.
What IS delivered: The infrastructure that makes those things possible later.
If you want Portal and AI delivered now, see Option C — but note it requires partnership with AYWD and uses a different CCTV ecosystem (UniFi Protect instead of Hikvision).

NOC Setup: Purchase and install rack at Whitney. Build/configure NOC computer. Install UPS and network connectivity.
Controller Migration: Migrate UniFi management from cloud to local controller. Test with Whitney site first.
CCTV Deployment: CBW, CBP, CBU camera installations (same timeline as Option A).
Full Integration: Migrate remaining sites to local controller. Integrate Hikvision IVMS-4200. Documentation and handover.
Total timeline: 6-8 weeks from approval to full operational
