The Professional

  • Pathway ready — Infrastructure for Portal → AI (not delivered, but foundation built)

Why This Matters Now

Connectivity Reality

Your operations depend on connectivity

Fourth, Square, Resmio, CCTV — all need quality internet. When connectivity fails:

  • Payment failures during service
  • Fourth delays when you're busiest
  • Unable to view CCTV remotely
  • Staff frustration with slow systems
  • No 4G backup in Valley locations (poor mobile coverage)

Bottom line: If internet goes down during dinner service, operations grind to a halt.

Recording Reality

Local-only recording has real consequences

Options A and B record locally. This is industry-standard, but understand the trade-offs:

  • Fire: NVR destroyed, footage gone
  • Theft: NVR stolen, footage gone
  • Flood: Drives corrupted, footage gone
  • Equipment failure: Drive failure, footage gone

Option C addresses this with UniFi Protect Archiving — off-site backup that actually works.

Operational Reality

Six sites, separate systems, no central visibility

Fourth, Square, Resmio, CCTV, network — all separate. All requiring different logins, different apps, different management.

  • Can't see what's happening without physical visits
